4mm Hex (allen) Impact socket.

Hey, thanks, C-Man.  I was the one asking Phil for a source for this tool
after he mentioned using a 4 mm impact socket.  I broke two or three 4 mm
sockets trying unsuccessfully to loosen those fasteners on a pump WITHOUT
the impact.
