I had at least a dozen broken or stripped out on the 2
heads I've done.  I used a thread insert called
Helicoil.  I think next time I'll just have all the EM
stud holes Helicoiled.  I also had a problem with the
studs winding out, even with brand new correct nuts
and washers.  I locktited all the studs in place, let
them cure and have had no problems since.
