[ Symphony radio ]
If you don't already have a factory CD changer, then you can install
an outboard minidisc changer in its place. Use a special adapter
made by http://www.blitzsafe.com (part number "AudiAUXInputAdapter").
It lets you use the factory's CD changer pre-wiring as a line-level aux
input (you press the CDC button on the Symphony radio to switch to
that input). However the CD changer controls on the Symphony won't
work for a minidisc changer, so you should get a minidisc changer with a
separate RF control.

Yes, the radio has full-range line level outputs. If there is any crossover
for the sub, it's going to be in the outboard Bose amp or at the subwoofer
itself.
There are labels for each of the multi-pin connectors, but if you want the
details you'll have to look in the Bentley manual's wiring diagram. BTW to
pull the Symphony radio you need a special tool (four of them).
