Ha, my 300ZX comes with 5 spare nuts. Actually, though, they aren't
'spare' lug nuts. The typical Z comes with aluminum wheels stock, and a
steel spare wheel. The different wheel types take different types of lug
nuts. So those 4 bolts in the spare tire area of your Z are for use with
the spare tire, not 'spare' lug nuts for general use.
My Z has the nice fold up wheel chocks, and a spark plug tool (the plugs
are really recessed in the heads in the V-6's,) all in moulded foam in the
back of the hatch area, covered by carpet.
