I just installed a QllC chip in my 89 200TQ about 2 weeks ago that I
purchased from Swann.
Prior to that I had a Gordon S. chip in the car. I found with the QLLC
chip that boost comes
on alot faster (1.4 bars) at as low as 1500RPM's. When the car is really
cranken I've pulled
1.9 bars shown by the dash readout. For Christmas our family went to
eastern WA with a
loaded car. It was like night and day going over Snoqualimie Pass, power
to spare in 5th gear up to the top. By the way I did strap my
intercooler, have a adjustable
wastegate spring and use supreme gas. Swann was selling the chip for $60
or chip, spring
and intercooler straps for $100.
