I suspect the dealer refilled with the wrong or badly stored brake
fluid having a high water content and you have corrosion in the lines.
I believe I've seen something like this phenomenon with a corroded
rear line. My theory is that a pinhole in the right rear line
where it crosses to the bracket to become a flexible line was weeping
fluid and stopped when a piece of crud temporarily blocked the pinhole
from the inside. Might be worth checking the lines for weepage.
Personally, I'd detach each caliper in turn and flush the line to it
through with LOTS of nice new DOT4. I'd also strip one of the front
calipers completely - I'd remove one pad and replace the caliper,
then use the braking system to push the piston out by the thickness
of the missing pad. This makes pulling the piston out easier, and
also captures any sh1t that's floating about behind the piston.
