It has occured to me that some of my recent posts might be taken as
critical of the company.  Well, I'm critical of many companies including
Audi - so no one should worry about that.  I've also criticised Dialynx
on occasions as well.  And even though I don't much like their
ur-quattro manifold, it _did_ have the effect of immediately halving
Audi's price.

I should note in public, however, that Dialynx have been very helpful
to me and a club member by supplying - so far at no charge - a set of
stock chips from an S2 Avant Motronic ECU so that we can complete
diagnosis on a chipped car that otherwise only stores '1111'.  With
Dialynx's help we've been able to reverse temporarily the chipping done
by a PO and we are now getting diagnostics out of the car, which we
were unable to do before.

We're also not seeing any problems - so the fickle finger of fate
points at the aftermarket chips at present.
