It does sound like the car needs a lot of work, though.

Replacing the brake MC or the hydraulic accumulator is not
that big of a job, but replacing the heater core is a PITA,
long job that will cost some $$$.

1.3 bar is way off from stock boost on a 20v.

Sounds like the car also has a problem with the vacuum pump
for the locks, cracked solder joints in the instrument cluster
and needs a 4-wheel alignment and possibly some bushing
replacement.

However, for the price, it may be a good deal. I looked at
a car _far_ from home, but even at the relatively low
asking price, the car needed about $3k of work to make it
right. That put the price (incl. shipping) right at the same
level as a "perfect" 200q, which is what I ended up getting.
