Thanks RaveRacer, while I think this might result in individual holes tall
enough to the job (3/8ths to 1/2"), I don't see how I could reliably get a
straight line the desired 3&7/8ths" to 4" wide even once, much less the 12
to 16 times that would be needed to provide the additional flow of cooling
air to the new intercooler.  Then there's always the problem of what to do
about ricochets of the pavement up into the belly pan; the distress that
many loud explosions causes all the dogs in the neighborhood; and how to
explain the "bullet hole" motif to the local gendarmes if ever stopped.
