I think all German cars react like this, I was just thinking the other night
coming home from Bradley airport how the 200 gets quieter and better feeling
as you get past 80mph - and then I started thinking radar detectors as well
!!!!
The same effect could also be said of an Opel Manta GTE, Vauxhall Cavalier
SRi and even a Vauxhall Astra TDi, this last sucker being SO quiet that I
was cruising at 100mph without knowing it !!!!
