Eurolights in Canada?

Any idea how hard it is to get these lights into the US?  How much duty,
shipping, etc?  What is the Canadian dollar to US dollar these days?  I'm trying
to get a friend in Germany to send me some, but if Canada is similarly  priced,
that might be easier.
