Simple Problem(s)...

(1) I blew a fuse this weekend in my '91 200tq.  The fuse (#4?) that handles
the radio, cigarette lighter, climate control, etc....  Sounds easy to fix
but I haven't been able to do so, yet.  Any suggestions for tracking it
down?  The only thing I can think of is to unplug everything on the circuit
and start re-connecting...

(2) My airbag light used to flash on when I started the car, but now stays
on constantly.  The car is nearing 100k (it has 97k) so I assume it's being
triggered internally and only needs to be reset.  I'm sure someone has a
BTDT.
