By-Pass Valve finally installed

If the by-pass leaks at 13psi it's installed backward. There is no physical
way for the high pressure air to raise the valve if it's installed
correctly.  Check Scott Mockrys site http://www.sjmautotechnik.com/ for
correct installation.
