motivation for glovebox rummaging

On this list most of us have faith in the same "bible", in it's various
but similar publishings....better known as the Bentley.   Said Bentley,
dare I say, is seen being carried by more listers on any given Sunday
than that other big book.  It is scrutinized and like the "original", is
full of contradictions and words that must be taken on blind faith, both
books not having come through intact from the original translations.....
"And Behold, Fritz created the Blue/Black "Stephen" wire, and there was
life....."
