5ktq stumbling :(

Hey all,

Started up the car this morning and began noticing a stumbling over about 2k
rpm.  I did nothing to the car when i parked it last night and it was
running just fine then.  Wondering what it might be.  I have replaced all
vacuum hoses over the summer.  New head/valve gasket, new right side engine
mount as well.  Plug wires and coil wire were sprayed with water and ohmed
correctly this fall as well.  Have NOT replaced cap/rotor, but has new plugs
as well.  New fuel filter installed also in the fall.  I have a 1.8 SMJ chip
and spring installed and thats about it for mods/repairs.  Oh and i do have
a missing tooth on the starter ring gear so the mixture is off slightly as
the ECU doesnt have a correct count.  I was going to check the plug wires
after work, and look for loose hoses.  Anyone have any other suggestions as
to what to look for?  (Also milage was about 20% worse this way on the way
to work, normally 22-24 mph was getting 18-20)
