my .02:
1. A "no duh" but: have the car running perfectly first.
2. (or first mod) brakes & suspension/chassis. Replace old mounts, bushings,
struts, discs, pads, etc. Flush w/good fluid, check leaks. You can go fast,
but if you can't turn or stop, you're flocked. Plus you'll be amazed at how
much a stock car can go w/everything right n' tight.
3. Chip n' spring if city driver (meaning well-lit roads).
4. Euro lights.
5. Hula girl on dash.
