4kq exhaust studs

The best way to fix this is to get an NF 2.3 engine and rebuild it. 
Then swap it in.

if you have no desire for the extra HP and torque, it's probably best to
pull the head and take a look at all the studs - a lot easier than
messing around with 90 degree drills on the "underside" of the head I
think!
