outside temp indicator light on 95 sport 90q

Hi all,

Well its always the little things that are the most annoying.  My
outside temp indicator light went out recently.  The one in the
instrument cluster.  How much of a pain is this to fix.  The removal and
working under dashboards usually is accompanied by at least two bumps to
the head if not a bloody scalp from a sharp edge or screw.

Anyway helpful hints or advise would be appreciated.
