Models we don't get...

Just be careful...new diesel cars are no longer allowed to be sold in some 
places, like here in CA. (but a '77 Rabbit diesel is fully legal and allowed 
to fry its own personal hole in the ozone...me no comprehend)

As a used car, that might be a different story. I know that CA considers 
cars w/less than 7,500 mi. from out of state 'new cars'.  You know, the more 
I peruse the DMV site, the more my brain turns into scrambled eggs...

In a nutshell, check your local laws.
