Critical issue - the adjuster rod on the master cylinder must be set to
allow the piston to travel right to the end of the cylinder - otherwise
you'll never be able to force out the air in the upper chord of the
cylinder right at the end.

I asked Jouko to repost the number he found a year or more back and I
notice he's just done it.  I'll try and order one on Monday and see
what happens.
