Full Throttle, full boost hesitation revisited

Recently I thought I had found my FT hesitation problem in the FT switch.
Running a set of wires into the cabin, I was able to confirm that the
connection was made, and earliest results were positive.
The intermittent FT hesitation however is still there. I also played with the
FPR pressure settings, and was able to change the running characteristics
slightly with these experiments, but no major solutions.
The car requires peddle input to start cold, and 20 minute hot starts are
difficult.
I have replaced the injectors, the O2 sensor, and verified outputs on all
senders, and fuel pressure readings. A diligent scrutinizing with a
stethoscope and flammable substances show no vacuum leaks.
All in all it's running quite well, just this one problem I'd like to cure,
and I can't nail down.
Any input appreciated.
