I was told it was ok for some oil to be in there, especially on such old
cars. Also I was told much of this oil can likely be coming from the engine
breather piping, since it gets sucked in the engine BEFORE the turbo. I
think a compression test is in order, esp. if the power seems low. At least
this gives you some POM about the engine. And if the compression is low
under a dry test and better under a wet test, it's likley worn rings. If
it's consistently low, then the problem is prolly in the head. good luck.
