I'll have to second David's assesment on AOLnetScraper6.0.

If you are considering installing it, DON'T DO IT!!!!!!

Hate to yell, but it's some serious crap. Unlike David, I tried it on a
secondary PC here at work, and hated every minute of it. Luckily I don't
use that machine for email, so I didn't screw up that.
