The "C" suffix designates a revision in the part. A "CX" is an exchange "C", could be a brand new part or a rebuilt depending on part. A "CV" is a "CX" with no core returned. Usually applies to dealer who does not return core for one reason or other and gets charged CV price for CX part.

  Methinks all of those are the same beastie ... at least I know the "C" desgnation would indicate a brand new part of revision "C" ... the "CX" would be a rev "C" that has been rebuilt ... and I'm _pretty_ sure I remember that the "CV" is another form of remanufacture ... perhaps a different vendor ...

  I did a bit of poking around myself ... TFA does not think that 703H is a valid number ... I did happen to find 034 145 703A ... apparently it is the turbo for the RR engine. I looked at the 3B here and it did not use the same unit ... but I did not check the AAN ...

    The reason I asked earlier about the air/water units, is that I have a spare
    (used) K26 with number 035 145 703 H. It is a non water cooled unit. The
    family album shows 3 different numbers for the WX motor. Namely;

                      035 145 702 C,  ........702 CX, & .........702 CV.

    Scanning the FA, I was unable to find any reference to a 703 H.
    Anyone have enough turbo knowledge/experience to verify what the 703 H is,
    and if it's interchangeable with a 702?
