drivers one touch up?.. (was RE: road rage and martial arts)

What Q has this option?   My 87 5ktq has the one touch down, but i have to
hold it to go back up, or is mine broke?

Mandatory Q content:  The first option is always to drive away, and 
my turbo quattro and it's power locks and driver's one-touch-up 
power window is a great tool to do that with.
