Good Body Shop in CT (Hartford Area)

Hi all,

I was rear ended this weekend at the NEQ winter driving school, go fugure huh?
I'm looking for a good shop so the people that hit me don't get screwed (they
might not go thru insurance).  I got 1 quote so far for about 1200.  That
includes new bumper, repaint both front and back due to scratches and labor.
Is that reasonable?  Anyone know of some good local shops?
