drivers one touch up?..

That is how they are supposed to work.  Hit down again to (toggle)stop.  I
actually found this feature annoying until I got used to it. 

I'm sure you'll get many replies on those who have converted to One touch
up.  Wish I had that much time on my hands.

What Q has this option?   My 87 5ktq has the one touch down, but i have to
hold it to go back up, or is mine broke?
