runnin rough

  Hello list,

  Over the past few weeks I'v been havin a problem
with my(87 5ksq) runnin like crap when it's damp out, 
but over the past few days it's been relativly dry out
but the car still runs like crap
 ( fells like no power(slows down),backfires, allot of
emishions smoke when it happens, just runs like dog
poop) so after figuring that I'v done
 (within the past 4k) the plugs, cap&rotor,all
filters,coil, everything but the wires(bosch) done
about 35k ago 0x done about the same, throttle switch
was done as well same time, 
  I went to a friends house and for shits and giggles
I drove around for a while then pulled my codes and I
got first 2123- Full throttle sensor so I checked the
wires with a mutimeter and everything came up within
spec, 
  so the next code that came up was 2312- coolant temp
sensor checked the wires and everything came to spec,
  so the next code was 2341- ox sensor could'nt check
it because I don't have adaptore VW1315 A/1 is there
anyway I can make one up so I can check?,
  so the next code was 4431- idle stabalizer valve
power checked the wires and the idle cycled(cliked) as
it's supposed to do
  so then I checked the thermo switch(on back of the
valve cover near firewall) and could'nt get a good
reading when I tested it at below 68F it's supposed to
read zero(continuity) but insted it showed
infinate(open) is that a problem? do I have to change
the sensore?

  Can anybody tell me if I'm on the rite track to
figurin out my problem?
