nope.
Pull the fuse on the ECU for a minute or two, then replace and see
what idle is like then. The adaptive ECU's learn values for things
like vacuum leaks; the ECU may be throwing the ISV wide open having
learned a value that is no longer applicable since the valve
cleaning. It's a long shot, but who knows.
I'd also check out the throttle switch assembly; check Scott M's site
for how to check the switch(really easy on your car.)
