bomb gone again?

The brake boosting and power steering functions are supplied by different 
pumps in the same-appearing housing.  The front end of the pump, with all 
those mushroom button screws around its outside, is the brake pressure pump 
in which the pumping action is done by pistons running on a cam.  The 
steering boost is provided by an (I believe) impeller-type pump in the rear 
half of the assembly.  I think the Bentley has descriptions of separate 
test procedures for checking the output of each part.
