During this whole ordeal did you ever pull the fault codes? There are a
couple of sensors (ign. reference, and engine speed) on the engine block
that can perform fine when cold, but barely work at all when warm if they
are faulty AMHIK. Pull the fault codes as per SJM's website
(www.sjmautotechnik.com), then let us know whats up.
