TT has a different Quattro?

Okay, not trying to raise another war on Torsen or whatever, but this
really left me confused.

I just read the TT vs Honda S2000 at Audiworld

On the 4th paragraph, it says "The Audi's 6-speed manual is paired to an
AWD system that is essentially FWD until front-wheel slippage occurs." Hmm
I didn't know they put this kind of Quattro in TT. This is not how Quattro
in other Audis work, as far as I know. 

Probably everyone else on this list besides me knows about this already.
So how about some knowledge-sharing? :)
