WTB, block heater

Hi John;
The last time I was at the dealer, the Audi tech was showing me the new oil
heaters they are installing instead of block heaters. It's a piece of
flexible fabric about 3" x 4" which sticks to the bottom (exterior) of the
oil pan. He says they work extremely well. Looked like a high tech composite
material with a 110v power cord attached. Might be worth a look.

Subject: WTB, block heater
Hi, guyus. Looking for a source for a block heater to install in a Golf
engine as part of a Vanagon engine conversion. Anybody from the great white
north help me out? Got a nice place to install it in the oil pan. TIA, John
