The '92 90 V6 cars had the MMS200 series ECU's (the only ones that are
easily chippable, btw). This ECU *does* have ODB, though it is a more
limited setup than the '93 (MMS300) and later cars. You can read most
ODB error codes via the MIL lamp (the yellow check engine light), or if
you don't have the light you can set up a light using an LED and a
resistor and plug it in to the K and L connectors you described.
