Loose Horn Pad/Fading Clock

Title says it all, hasn't fallen off but it seems to be coming loose
(like doesn't stay flush). The car is an Airbag equipped '89 200Q. Anyone
have had this happened and have any solutions. I really didn't pound the
horn that badly!

Also, my clock is getting dim on occasion and losing time intemittantly.
Seems to be temporarily correctable by jiggling the time adjuster. Do I
need to remove the dash or will a Stabilant 22 like product work on the
adjuster?
