Inspection Station in N. VA

Does anyone know a friendly, perhaps very friendly state 
inspection place in N. VA.  I want to see if I can get my newly 
acquired 1985 UrQ through without minor hassle. I dont think its 
going to have any major infractions, but it has not been 
registered since 1995 and driven on dealer plates. I had it at the 
track this weekend and it seems ok except for some play in the tie 
rods I think.

Any help appreciated. I took my A6 '00 to a station last August 
which failed me for a very discrete pair of Catz mounted inside 
the fog lights and independently switched. I covered them with 
black tape and cloth and another station did not noice them or the 
switch.

So... this should be interesting.
