200Q hard start problem

This winter, my '89 200 has had an intermittent hard starting
problem. The colder it gets outside, the longer I have to crank it.
32 degrees, starts first try. 20 degrees, third or fourth, ten -
I'll be a few minutes. I just haven't had the chance to check into
it. But now, it's gotten worse. Twice today, it took ten minutes to
get it started. It cranked just fine, but didn't fire. And then, one
more try, and it starts right up. Idled a little rough at first, but
once it got going it was fine. So, tomorrow night, I think I'll see
if I can find what's causing this gremlin. Any ideas among the
listers?
