sorry I didn't get a chance to call you back, Marc...

To remove that plate

1. remove the six bolts.
2. reinset threeo fthem in the other three holes - they are tapped in
the plate
3. slowly tighten all three of them in rotation - they will press
against the block and pull the plate off
