200 QUATTRO ELECTRICS

Dear Listers,

Can you please help? My 1985 UK spec 200 quattro has a
couple of electrical problems. Firstly, the rear
demister does not work (fitted with climate control),
this is a problem as you can imagine. I have checked
the fuse and demister contacts at the rear wind
screen, but both seem OK - what can I do?

Secondly, the electric mirror adjustment for both
passenger and drivers side do not work. Again I have
checked the fuse as well as taken the little toggle
switches apart, cleaned them etc. But to no avail -
what next? All help will be appreciated.
