>>Ok kids, I have been secluded in the bowels of my
garage, and I have
emerged
with some goodies...

One universal law that Newton missed (and frankly, it
went way over
Freud's
head): One can never have enough power. So, after
finally pushing
16psi out
of my CIS'ed turbo conversion, I am exploring the EFI
arena.

This is just a preliminary update, I have not actually
performed the
conversion yet, but am still in the planning and
fabbing stages. I
will
probably begin pulling the car apart later this month,
as most of the
parts
are done being fabricated.

Marc S., as usual, was kind enough to post pics I sent
him with all my
other
stuff, here is the URL of the directory:

http://www.mswanson.com/~jshadzi/images/?path=80tq%2Fcustom_ic&custom_color=0

I will follow up with a full write up in the future,
but here are some
quick
details of what you are looking at.

Intercooler: Spearco core, 18" long, 3" thick, 7.5"
wide. Inlet
2.25",
outlet 3" into a Ford TD IC hose to a VR6 throttle
body. That bung is
for an
air temp sensor.

Intake manifold: Factory "South African" turbo intake
manifold, uses
VW VR6
throttle body, that is all for now... ;)

Fuel rail: -6 AN fittings, all the fuel system will
be -AN.

Enjoy,
Javad

I hope this isn't contagious :)
