Rocker Switch LED Replacement

I replaced all the LED's in all my window switches. A lot of em were 
corroded in there too, so I cleaned the contacts as well. It makes my 
windows roll up faster. There were a few switches w/ broken LED's. The 
LED's are just crimped to the connections and can be snipped off w/ small 
wire cutters. The connections were green in a few. I filed the corrosion 
away and soldered a new resistor and LED of my choice in there, and 
everything works great now. The switches come apart pretty easily, but you 
need small tools like a jeweler's screwdriver [radio shack/hdwr store]. The 
bezel comes off and then the rocker of the switch actually comes out of the 
switch base. good luck.
