Spring rate?

Hey out there

Spring fever hits me and forces me to ask.  With a coilover conversion of
my rear Bilstein/H&R set-up probable does anyone know what rate the rear
H&R springs may be? I need a starting reference point.

 I saw rates at usS4.com for S-cars (the V8 rate looks high, the other
rates low, maybe too low), and someone in the NE is running 10/11 inch 250#
springs in the rear of an S-car but what about the '91 200 rate?  Ideas? 
Fact?!

I've heard rates up to 400#s have been tried but that seems like a bit
much.
