Wow, today should have been a productive day of wreching till i hit a major
sticking point.

My goal today was to bolt the replacement tranny into my 90q.. so I go to
manuver the thing in after propperly installing the rear main seal and
torquing the flywheen to bentley spec, etc etc, And as I bring the bell
housing up to the block I go to put the first bolt in and realize that I
made a serious oversight:  On one of the holes there is a little adapter
"cup".. What I didn't notice was that the adapter cup was on BOTH SIDES!!!!
I neglected to notice that my replacement tranny came with the spacer cup
installed on the tranny side while mine had stuck in the block side...
DOH!!!!

So, after having no success in getting the !$#!$ thing out with the tranny
in place I set to work taking the thing back out.  Lemme tell you taking the
tranny out is way harder than puting it in.  So yipee, I just wasted 4 hours
of my extremely scarce time trying to get the car back on the road.  Wow I'm
pissed.

Sorry for the rant.. had to vent..
