Allen (and William Ng, sorry I lost your e-mail address),
Actually, my horn pad (+ airbag) were about to fall out of the wheel. I
retightened the Torx (#25) and it's now secure. Still rattles, crappy
design. A whole lot of mass acting as a movable horn pad means it's bound
to rattle. When the weather is warmer when I plan to check the clock
spring (NOW I know how to get to it!) I'm going to look into supporting
the horn pad more firmly, probably with some sort of foam material. I'm
considering the foam inserts for front shocks for Mountain Bikes.
