March...rallies, races...track meets?

Not many track events in the snow.  Between rallies in Canada.
The only thing I found was an SCCA rally starting out of Watkins
Glen on the 10th of March.  This is a TSD rally and they have a
free novice school.

Closer to home, I assume Toronto is home, there is a rally school
on the 20th and 27th.

Driving is much more fun than watching.
