Most other series do, but certainly not on High Bank, concrete walled
ovals. (exception, 24 Hrs of Daytona, they run in the rain, and they
still have the walls. Come to think of it, F1 Indianapolis too)

Well, no longer on pavement. The last AWD pavement racers were AUDI's in
IMSA GTO. They so dominated, they were ballasted, and when they still
won, they were outlawed.
