English vs. continental headlighs

Hi listleute, 

There's an Irish 1985 Audi 90 sitting in a junkyard over here and it's 
got a nice pair of headlights. Of course, being a rhd-car, its lights 
are different from those in my lhd-Coupé GT, which has a 
corroded reflector on one side... *swap-opportunity arises*

So I wonder, are the reflectors in those headlights the same and 
can I use them or are both the reflectors and the glass different?
