A couple of questions:
Did the shop verify the dimensions from RF to LR and LF to RR are equal?  A 
good shop will check this to insure there isn't variations due to suspension 
wear / damage etc.  Most shop manuals have chassis dimensions with datum 
points but the Audi Bentley manuals are pretty sketchy.
Did you also replace the front bushings?
Let us know what happens.
