1.5 bar on boost gauge?

Earlier this week, I was passing an SUV in my 200Q, and thought I saw 
1.5 on the  boost gauge for a second.  I was pretty that couldn't be 
true, becuse it had never happened before, and I thought they cut off 
at 1.4.  But then it happened again today.  Not that I'm complaining 
if I'm getting a ittle extra boost, but maybe the gauge is a little 
optimistic.
One other odd thing - sometimes when the engine is cold, the car is 
hard to start, and then run a little rough for 30 seconds or so, and 
when it does this, sometimes the brake lamp stays on, only dim.  As 
soon as I drive a few hundred feet and the car starts to run better, 
the light goes out.  What's with that?
