Uh yeah, that *IS* BTDT,  2 hours of F'in with the damn thing will see to
that!
The two BASIC ways to put it together are small gap inside: big gap outside
== good.  Small gap inside: small gap outside == bad (or the reverse of that
works.. basic idea is to put opposing size gaps together on a side).  And
actually now that I think about it there are really a total of 12 ways to
put it together: 6 ways to rotate on each side since each ball can really be
in any position  of the outer race * 2 sides to the race = 12 total ways.

Note that it is just as easy to install it wrong as it is to install it
right:  No difference in effort to assemble required!   BTDT!!!
